2nd Annual Kwanzaa Heritage Tour, 12/20 and 12/27

In collaboration with South Side Tours, Chi-Village presents the 2nd Annual Kwanzaa Heritage Tour on December 20th and December 27th.

This immersive cultural experience brings the Seven Principles of Kwanzaa (Nguzo Saba) to life through landmark visits, local businesses, and powerful storytelling rooted in the living history of Black Chicago.

Participants will enjoy a live performance by the Betty Shabazz Academy’s Kuumba Soul Choir (*December 20th only), sample treats from a South Shore bakery with a rich and heartfelt history, and support local entrepreneurs along the way—all in alignment with Kwanzaa values.
