Bustling spaces is excited to announce the launch of the Collective Catalyst Cohort (CCC), an innovative development incubator designed to support growing creative organizations on Chicago’s South and West sides. Structured to provide accessible, sustained strategic guidance for small and/or grassroots creative organizations at reduced cost, this model connects participants with the necessary resources and networks to help them flourish.

The pilot cohort features a dynamic group of organizational leaders, each supporting vital creative work in their own communities with goals to amplify their work, to do it more effectively, and to broaden their reach.

Cohort members receive strategic consulting services for one year, simultaneously addressing each participant’s specific objectives and needs while providing a flexible, cooperatively-designed curriculum that amplifies opportunities for each organization and addresses common challenges. Working collectively, the cohort empowers them to navigate these challenges and triumphs together as they work towards their goals.

Their journey began in May of this year, and we’re excited to watch the evolution of their collective synergy, their growth and development as leaders, and the work of their organizations as they move through the program.
